My massage is a combination of Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, and Swedish that has evolved over the last ten years. I am certified in Deep Tissue and Shiatsu and am self-taught in Swedish with over 10 years experience. I tend to work deep, however I can adjust the pressure to fit your needs. I will check with you to see what's been bothering you and ask how much pressure you like before we start the massage. I work on a heated massage table using flannel sheets to keep you nice and warm. My technique consists of long flowing strokes to locate your chronic muscle pain, and then more detailed bodywork is used to relax your pain away. I also use pressure point work (Shiatsu) as a way of balancing out your body by working the meridian points, which are a set of pathways in the body along which vital energy flows.
