I offer therapeutic massage and stress management coaching for men and women in the safety and comfort of my Market Street office. I do not offer erotic or sexual services of any kind.
Swedish massage forms the core of my practice, with deep tissue, trigger point, and sports massage techniques integrated to meet each client's needs. I also offer Zen Shiatsu, Tui Na and Reiki for those looking for general relaxation or stress relief, energy work, or who are new to massage and/or may not be comfortable removing their clothing.
Each session will begin with a short interview/assessment to determine your needs, which may include reducing chronic muscular tension and stress, increasing range of motion, facilitating injury recovery, or simply regaining a sense of connection to your body.
